job summary:

Fast growing real estate development/architecture company with cutting edge technology is looking to add on a Director of Operations due to growth. Reports to the CFO and working closely with all the C-level members to ensure a company stays true to its established plans and policies.

  • Make sure the company strategy and 3-12 months goals are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
  • Help division leaders develop budgets and operate.
  • Make sure the divisions leaders and project managers create, update and report on a regular basis staffing plan, schedules, budgets, forecast, and variance compared to actuals.
  • Manage the company financial forecast and planning based on company strategy and goals, projects finance, budget, schedules and recruiting plan.
  • Ensure that culture is maintained for new people during onboarding, and that the team is brought into a shared code of values.
  • Direct Recruiting and Employee Development across the company.
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, and retention of great people.
  • Develop and implement tools such as KPIs and performance, and 360 review to effectively measure company-wide performance measurement on all levels: company, divisions, projects and employees.
  • Create and manage the IT budget.
  • Manage Property Management Division


BS degree

MBA a plus

5 years plus of strategic planning.

5 years plus of financial analysis, forecasting and planning.

Extensive management experience.

Previous experience leading the company operation is a plus.
