job summary:

Tatum is currently working with a reputable non-profit in California's Monterey Bay who is looking for an Executive Director to add to the team. The position will be full time, direct hire and would partner with the Board of Directors and Clinical Director to execute the agency's vision, mission and clinical and educational programs.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to remain abreast of program offerings, outcomes and challenges therein
  • Hire, manage and supervise agency's staff
  • With assistance of Clinical Director, the Executive Director will assemble and co-lead the team that negotiates mental health contracts with stakeholders
  • Oversee day to day operations to include setting and implementing goals for all non-clinical programs
  • Identify fundraising sources and compose grants
  • Develop and manager annual budgets and financial best practices
  • Additional duties as assigned
 
qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector. Other requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's preferred but not required
  • Proven success in securing major funding and ongoing funding sources
