job summary:

We are currently searching for a Financial Analyst for our international services client on the east coast. The ideal Financial Analyst - Sales and Commissions candidate will have some experience in supporting sales operations. The role will provide analysis of the company's Business Operations, Sales Results and Sales KPIs along with involvement in Commissions. Responsibilities include business analysis and forecasting. The Analyst will execute data gathering, manipulation, summarization, analysis of monthly financial reporting, and assist in developing leadership presentations.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Gathering of Financial Data including Sales Data
  • Reconciling Month over Month plan information
  • Identifying discrepancies and beginning root cause analysis
  • Support Manager in compiling accurate and timely reports
  • Ad Hoc special projects as directed

Candidates will have these education and personal attributes:

  • Bachelor degree in a business field
  • 2-4 years experience in an analytic corporate position with Sales Support
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel skills required, Power BI, Hyperion, Oracle preferred
  • A can do, proactive, get it done, quality of work focus
  • Enjoy working collaboratively
  • Ability to work in a self directed environment
