Financial Analyst - $55,000 to $65,000 plus bonus

If you are an Accountant or a Public Accountant with 1-2 years of experience and would like to leverage your accounting experience to transition to a Financial Analyst role with a growing and dynamic organization, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

The Financial Analyst position is an "add to staff" for an entrepreneurial company in the Manheim Township suburbs of Lancaster. This position will report to a dynamic hiring manager who our firm placed over two years ago. In that time, he has already been promoted twice.

The Financial Analyst will be heavily involved with special projects related to streamlining processes and process improvement and will get involved in budgeting and forecasting. This role will have some traditional accounting responsibilities along with financial analysis responsibilities. These include account reconciliations, preparation / review of journal entries and supporting the close process.

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of one year experience is required. Public Accountants are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have strong Excel skills. Experience with Access, SQL and / or Power BI is preferred but not required.
