job summary:

Our Austell, GA based client is searching for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their growing, private equity backed logistics company. The FP&A Analyst will support the execution of downstream marketing initiatives and evaluate sales opportunity and pricing strategy. This individual will design and roll out standard reporting dashboards and support large proposals, pricing strategies, and GPO re-negotiations. This position begins as a contract with strong possibility for conversion after 2-3 months based on performance. The initial training period will be spent in-office, moving to hybrid after that. responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

· Define and implement value added financial reporting processes for the actual-forecasting and budgeting work streams

· Establish and maintain advanced analytics that enable deeper understanding and insight into supply chain and operational performance

· Prepare business model financials

· Track and reporting cost reduction initiatives in support of business objectives; validate via savings to the financials

· Identify various operational improvement opportunities as measured by profit growth; drive performance and implement approved plans

 
qualifications:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis on the sales and marketing side

- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint required

- ERP and EPM experience required
