job summary:

Tatum Executive Search is actively assisting a growing manufacturing company with their search for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a new position within the company due to growth, both organic and via M&A. We are seeking a true FP&A professional with previous experience designing a robust FP&A function within a growing organization. On top of a competitive salary and bonus structure, this opportunity also offers the ability to be a hands-on leader while developing sound financial processes to improve EBITDA and customer retention.

responsibilities:

Finance leadership and build out of FP&A Team

Budgeting and forecasting responsibility and financial modeling to automate process

Establish relevant KPI's

Coordinate with IT to build efficient and reliable reporting through our ERP systems and/or Power BI. Validate integrity of data.

Analyze large amounts of sometimes ambiguous or incomplete information to identify relevant facts and

trends.

Interpret data and organize analyses in clear and concise reporting

Set and manage calendars for deliverables; prepare/consolidate information for internal and external reporting requirements; coordinate with Management and Finance/Accounting teams and other appropriate

 
qualifications:

Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field - advanced degree is preferred.

10+ years of relevant experience

Strong leadership experience
