job summary:

**THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE TO BE ON SITE IN NEBRASKA**

Highly visible commercial business partner working closely with the Site Director, VP of Ops, and Corporate FP&A, this will drive financial analysis, reporting and manufacturing operational analysis.

responsibilities:
  • Hands-on Finance position, a business partner to site leadership in providing in-depth analysis, insight and operational financial alignment, & leading the forecasting & budgeting processes.
  • Ownership of monthly / quarterly / annual financial analysis of actuals vs. budgets, variance analysis, working capital, capital expenditures and driving performance reviews.
  • Lead digitization of the site leveraging SAP, Power BI and tech, drive best practices, analyze inventory, working capital, supply chain, production and absorption, & assist Shared Services.
  • Tell the story behind the numbers, hybrid working from home and in the plant, full relocation allowance including housing costs, salary 7% 401K, 15% ESPP, $108K-$118K plus 15% bonus!
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, strong financial and business acumen.
  • 7+ years working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Analytical, support commercial growth, forecasting and budging, operational analysis, working with leadership on strategic goals.
  • Experience working with SAP S4Hana and Power BI helpful but not required.
  • MBA, CMA or CPA preferred, but not required.
