job summary:

Hot late stage pre-IPO SaaS company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Right hand person to the CFO and working closely with multiple groups including R&D and other subsidiaries to develop plans to help the company to achieve its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll be responsible for maintaining and creating operating financial models to support the budgeting, forecasting, and growth of the company.
  • Track business performance against operating plans and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date reporting for management and business leads, assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for the company.
  • Develop strategic value-added analyses around growth opportunities, expense optimization, and core business metrics and drive better decisions and results.
  • Partner with the CFO and Controller to drive and architect Financial systems transformation
  • Work with different business partners within the organization, gaining insight and knowledge that could affect forecasts.
  • Additional ad hoc duties as required

Requirement:

BS/MBA degree

7+ years of related experience

Experience with Software/SaaS industry required
