HR Benefits and LOA Administrator - $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonus

Unique opportunity to join a growing privately held company in a newly created Human Resources Benefits and Leave Of Absence Administrator role. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and will be a member of a small, close knit Human Resources Team.

Our client seeks a Human Resources professional with a minimum of two years of Human Resources Benefits experience and experience administering leave of absence and accommodation programs (i.e., administration of FMLA, ADA, paid / unpaid company leaves and related policies / programs).

Interestingly - this company was one of our first clients (in August 2020) to unveil a permanent hybrid work schedule that allows employees to work up to three days remotely.

Our client seeks a Human Resources professional with a minimum of two years of experience. Our client is open to experienced candidates without a Bachelor's Degree but does have a slight preference to candidates with his / her Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's Degree)
