HR DIRECTOR needed for A FAST GROWING COMPANY IN DELRAY BEACH. Onsite with option for remote flex schedule after 90 days. Looking to hire quickly.

Are you a leader in Employee Engagement, experienced in leading HR teams that supports 100 employees? The Director of HR will work closely with the entire management team to help us lead our Company and our team. In this role you will be helping us with recruiting, training and empowering our team to do their very best. You will also work closely with our General Counsel and their team to ensure we are always compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.

responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (Including but not limited to):

- Lead our Human Resources team (internal Staff & 3rd party vendors, reporting directly to the COO)

- Oversee the onboarding & new hire experience to ensure employees are set up for success

- Plan, supervise and contribute insights and recommendations to support the company's human resource strategies (including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee retention etc.)

- Oversees employee professional development sessions, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

- Oversee the processing of personnel changes including promotions, transfers, terminations, pay changes, position changes, etc.

- Provide first level of customer service by assisting with employee relations, HR related requests and questions

- Facilitate HR training sessions and workshops: Performance Management, Open Enrollment, etc.

- Provide department reporting and analysis to the company's COO

- Conduct and track exit interviews

- Provide supporting documentation for Unemployment Claims, oversee administration of employee benefits

- Assist in the implementation, administration and monitoring of HR policies and internal operating procedures

- Assist with the incorporation of new acquisition employees into organization, when relevant (some traveling necessary)

- Oversee the payroll process and tax filings to ensure timely processing and filings

- Perform other tasks and special projects, as needed and requested

 
qualifications:

EDUCATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- BA or BS in Human Resources Management, or related field

- SHRM, PHR or SPHR certified

- Four (4) to six (6) years in Human Resources, or a related field

- Experience with HRMS and/or HRIS software (ADP Workforce Now a plus)

- Excellent attention to detail, can maintain large amounts of data

- Problem solving and decision making skills

- Can handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly

- General knowledge of employment laws and practices

- Experience in benefits administration, compensation programs and the like

- Record of maintaining confidentiality, highly trustworthy

- Demonstrated effective communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of management

- Excellent technical skills and abilities, proficient in MS Office products
