salary: $80,000 - 95,000 per year

education: Bachelor's degree
experience: 7 Years
 
responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for contract and salaried employees.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Oversee and manage performance evaluations
  • Respond to employee relations issues such as EEOC complaints, performance issues and investigate when necessary
  • Ensure legal compliance with all state and federal laws
 
qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with Contract employees including contract development, negotiation, compensation, onboarding and termination
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices such as experience in employee relations and responding to EEOC complaints
  • Degree in Human Resources
  • Bi-Lingual + Plus
