  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring federal and state requirements
  • Coordinate and manage all onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintains positive working culture by determining and recommending employee relations practices necessary to establish morale
  • Updates job requirements and job descriptions as necessary
 
qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' HR leadership experience
  • HRIS experience, UltiPro highly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
