Highly sustainable, global healthcare firm is growing their HRIS team and looking for a hungry Sr. Analyst with at least several years of HRIS experience, including direct configuration exposure.

Company offers multifaceted support to the business by delivering technical solutions to achieve the organizational strategic initiatives and end-user experience continuity. Provide hands-on application administration, interface development, advanced data analysis, escalated help desk support, and project management services.

responsibilities:
  • As an HRIS Sr. Analyst you will be the first line of support for our HRIS system, answering questions in a timely and thorough manner
  • Own the tier I ticket support of the system
  • System configuration projects
  • Partner with our internal teams to create and provide guides as needed for HRIS processes
  • Create, maintain, and schedule basic custom reports based on internal customer requests
  • Develop knowledge in all existing modules
  • Perform data audits biweekly to ensure data accuracy and integrity is maintained
  • Guide users to the appropriate parties if unable to resolve the issue
 
qualifications:
  • CONFIGURATION EXPERIENCE!
  • 3+ years of experience with large systems
  • Experience working on teams and ability to demonstrate effective teamwork
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and HR function
  • Effective and collaborative communication skills
