Human Resources Benefits Manager - $74,000 to $88,000 plus bonus

Outstanding Excellent opportunity to join one of Lancaster County's best employers as a Human Resources Benefits Manager. This is a newly created position that will report to the company's Vice President of Human Resources and will join a nicely tenured HR Department.

This position is responsible for administration of employee benefits in all company operations across North America (approximately 800 employees). This position will work closely with the Executive Management Team and the Benefits Broker(s) to evaluate and develop cost control tools to maximize coverage at the best price to the company's employees.

Our client requires a candidate to have his / her Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of seven years of Human Resources Benefits experience (preferably within a mid to large sized organization).
