Human Resources Corporate Recruiter - $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus

Exciting opportunity to join a growing privately held company with locations across the United States in a Corporate Recruiter role. This role will be based in the company's US headquarters and will recruit for a variety of roles (at all different levels) across the country. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager and will work with hiring managers across the country in developing recruitment strategy and attracting top talent. Additionally - this position will be the point of contact for external recruiters and will manage and develop those relationships. This is a *key* role for a company with big growth plans across the country.

If you are looking for a career path that eventually extends beyond recruiting and into a Human Resources Generalist / Manager level role, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

Bachelor's Degree is required with a minimum of four years of recruiting experience for a "for profit" company preferably in the manufacturing, distribution or construction industries.
