Human Resources Director - $110,000 - $130,000 plus bonus

Interesting opportunity to join an established and respected mid sized company that has "really hit its stride" and is going through significant growth. The Human Resources Director position is open based on the recent promotion of the incumbent. Our client seeks a dynamic Human Resources Leader who is eager to put her / his stamp on this organization and elevate them to a world class level.

This is an extremely visible position that will have daily interaction with Executive Management (and a goal to have this position eventually join the Executive Management Team). As such - this position will predominantly work in our client's York office.

This position will manage a team of three (though there is an expectation the department will grow under this Director's leadership. Our client seeks a "hands on" HR leader who is responsible for all areas of Human Resources including Employee Relations, Human Resources Compliance / Legal, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Career Development / Planning, Training, Safety and Human Resources Strategy.

While our client is eager to hire a candidate with a strong breadth of Human Resources experience, they recognize the strengths and weaknesses within their HR team and want a candidate who is particularly strong in the areas of Organizational Development, Recruiting, Project Management and HR "Technology".

Our client seeks a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight years of Human Resources experience. Our client requires candidates coming from the manufacturing, construction or distribution industries and strongly prefers a candidate coming from a leadership position within a mid-sized (250 - 1,000 employees).
