Human Resources Generalist - $50,000 - $60,000

Excellent opportunity for a Human Resources professional with 1-2 years of experience to transition into a Generalist role for a solid, growing privately held company in York County. This company is centrally located in York County. This position will report to an outstanding Human Resources Manager who our firm placed and strongly believes will be a great mentor to this hire.

This Generalist role will really allow you to "sink your teeth" into a wide range of Human Resources responsibilities including employee relations, recruiting / hiring / on-boarding / retention, benefits administration and overseeing safety and wellness programs. The uniqueness of this role will also allow you to effectively manage Human Resources for a smaller division of our client while also maintaining responsibilities for the entire multi-site organization.

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of one year of Human Resources experience (this includes experience gained in "strong" Human Resources internships). Experience in the manufacturing, construction, distribution or consumer products industries is strongly preferred.
