Human Resources Manager - $80,000 - $90,000

This is a great opportunity for an HR Generalist or Business Partner to step into a Manager role and grow his or her career. This is an add to staff position, based on growth, and will join a reputable company located in Lancaster.

This person will be expected to be in the office every day.

responsibilities:

The HR Manager will focus roughly 50% of their time on Talent Acquisition needs (recruiting, employee engagement, onboarding) and the other 50% of time will focus on HR Generalist responsibilities (Employee relations, development, etc.). This person will also manage an HR Coordinator.

 
qualifications:

The hiring manager is hoping to bring in someone who can help create an environment where people can succeed. They want someone who is passionate and eager to learn and develop.

At least 5 years of experience are needed for this role and an HR related Bachelor's degree. PHR or SPHR certification is also preferred.
