Human Resources Manager - $85,000 - $100,000 plus bonus

Unique and interesting opportunity to join an established and respected mid sized company (500 +/- employees) as their Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager position is open based upon the recent retirement of the incumbent. This retirement has presented our client with an opportunity to re-evaluate the Human Resources function and they are excited to hire a passionate, high energy Human Resources Leader to transform the role Human Resources has within this organization (which has operations across North America).

This position will manage a team of four and will be the top Human Resources position. Our clients envision a 3-5 year career path to a Vice President level role within the company.

This is a "hands on" Manager role that will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources including Employee Relations, Human Resources Compliance / Legal, Benefits, Compensation, Career Development / Planning and Human Resources Strategy.

While our client is eager to hire a candidate with a strong breadth of Human Resources experience, they recognize the strengths and weaknesses within their HR team and want a candidate who is particularly strong in the areas of Benefits, Recruiting and HR "Technology".

Our client seeks a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of seven years of Human Resources experience. Management experience is NOT required.
