job summary:

Tatum is presently conducting a confidential direct hire search for a Human Resources Manager to oversee all the HR functions for a publicly traded company.

This role will be responsible for 3 locations in Richmond, Chicago, and Tampa. In addition, this position reports to the VP of Human Resources.

Compensation $110k - $130k + Bonus

  • Manage Worker's Compensation Claims
  • Develop and Manage Safety and Compliance Program
  • Manage Talent Acquisition and Retention Program including onboarding and exit interviews
  • Assist with Payroll processing
  • Training and Development
  • Manage attendance and Leaves
  • Employee Relations
  • Benefit Administration
  • Performance Reviews
  • Monthly and Quarterly Reporting
 
qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 + years of related experience with 4+ years minimum of Supervisory experience. Other requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • SHRM certification
  • Expert-level knowledge of VA, IL, FL State and Federal Labor Law
