job summary:

Human Resources Projects Administrator - $48,000 to $58,000 plus bonus

Our client seeks a highly analytical, organized and motivated individual to fill the Project Administrator position in their tenured and stable Human Resources Department. The Project Administrator will have the opportunity to contribute to a number of exciting projects and tasks that will be instrumental to the growth of the company and department. This supports Human Resources in areas like employee onboarding and orientation, employee follow up meetings to support retention, support the integration of new companies, support and direct special projects in Human Resources and provide support to Human Resources Managers and other members of the Executive Leadership Team.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities include-

  • Create an onboarding program for new hires both at Lancaster Corporate Office as well as satellite offices and subsidiary companies (travel is not required in this role).
  • Coordinate and administer onboarding of new hires
  • Conduct follow up meetings with new hires at 30 days and 90 days to assess onboarding success, training, etc. using the 30-day follow up questionnaire
  • Serve as project coordinator for the HR integration of new companies following acquisition
  • Learn HR processes to provide support with special projects and during times of heavy workload when needed
  • Administer multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are met
  • Manage communications with project team members, key stakeholders and end users
  • Develop project proposals and plans, status updates and presentations for leadership members
 
qualifications:

Our client prefers a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a multi-faceted Human Resources or Project Management role.

Strong Excel / PC skills ARE required
