job summary:

Our client is currently going through an acquisition and is looking to bring on an Interim Chief Human Resources Officer who understands compensation structures and can assist in the integration of the new company.

 
location: Montgomery, Texas
job type: Contract
salary: $80 - 100 per hour
work hours: 8 to 5
education: Bachelor's degree
experience: 10 Years
 
responsibilities:
  • Perform compensation review of incoming company's compensation policies and develop strategies on best course of action to integrate into the existing organization.
  • Perform organizational analysis to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps.
  • Organizing talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
 
qualifications:
  • Strong experience with compensation and benefits
  • Experience in the Oil and gas industry preferred but not required
  • Proven experience with organization structure
  • Experience in implementing recruiting strategies.
