job summary:

Tatum's client, a private equity backed manufacturing and consumer products company, is in search of a hands-on Interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join the team for a 6 month engagement, with possible extension to full time. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, quickly evolving company to be an instrumental member of the team in promoting company growth and vision in a booming industry!

responsibilities:

The day-to-day responsibilities of the interim CHRO would include: leading and maintaining the current HR division of the company, partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives and planning, and lead the M&A transaction/integration from the people perspective. "Keep the train on the tracks" type of role.

 
qualifications:

Required Criteria:

  • Progressive human resources and people management career at the CHRO level
  • Bachelor's of Human Resources and/or similar field required; MBA or similar certification preferred
  • Previous experience leading an organization from a Human Resources perspective post-merger
  • Leadership experience within the manufacturing and/or consumer product industry
  • Large company experience - currently the client is $1B+ annual revenue with 700+ employees
  • Private Equity background and ability to work and manage the PE ownership structure
  • Post-merger integration experience would be extremely beneficial
