Interim Controller project need in North Dallas for 3+ months. Our client is a private equity backed $30 million in revenue business. The company's focus is on construction and the renovation of commercial real estate. The real estate portfolio holdings are in the hospitality & hotel industries. The client's services are to design, remodel, procure furniture & fixtures and perform all the necessary construction for hotel renovation.

responsibilities:
In addition, to the standard Controller-ship responsibilities the Interim Controller will focus on monthly MD&A, Cash Flow Management, Project Scope Changes, and create process, procedure and structure to the accounting function & department. The Interim Controller will manage a small staff of 4.
qualifications:
*Private Equity experience is required
*Progress Billing experience required
WIP Reporting Experience (Utilizing Sage 100 CRE & MS Excel)
Must have Small Company Experience. (30 person office with a staff of 4 in Accounting )
