Tatum is conducting a national search for our client, a private equity owned entertainment company who is looking for an Interim Marketing Analyst for a 3 + month engagement, with a possible extension to full time. This is a highly visible opportunity to join a new, fast growth team and be a major impact player on their Media team as it evolves.

responsibilities:

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Interim Marketing Analyst would include:

  • Inform and influence decisions related to holistic performance marketing (online & offline), omni-customer interactions, target marketing, and personalization.
  • Help build best practices for marketing analytics and educate others within the organization to use data in decision making.
  • Develop and deliver on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting to provide marketing leadership clear visibility to marketing program performance.
  • Synthesize data to provide trend metrics, identifying opportunities for the business.
 
qualifications:

Required Criteria:

  • Thorough understanding of Google Analytics and/or equivalents digital analytics tool(s).
  • Proficiency with other data tools such as SQL, Tableau and MicroStrategy. Expert knowledge of MS Office tools - Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Understanding of marketing tag structure and framework to adequately build tagging structure to measure program performance.
  • Demonstrated experience creating marketing reports utilizing strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Retail KPIs; capable of summarizing large amounts of quantitative data to build key messages and influence Self-motivated and able to operate independently, as well as work effectively with others.
  • Proven experience presenting data in an actionable and useful way to allow business owners to make decisions.
  • Proven success influencing and collaborating within a team and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with shifting and conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and creative approaches to test new ideas and drive business results.
  • Proven ability to manage external suppliers and ensure top value and performance for organization.
  • Self-motivated and able to operate independently, as well as work effectively with others.
