job summary:

Our Confidential client needs an immediately available, hands on, Interim Human Resource Executive to fill high priority needs in at least a two to three month time horizon for a sophisticated organization with 1,000 + hourly employees.

Requirements include:

  • Hospitality experience or equivalent;
  • Experience with large numbers of hourly employees who are exposed to varying degrees of risk;
  • Extensive complex employee relations, and
  • Workers Comp, compliance and performance management experience.

Work location is onsite in San Antonio, Texas. Compensation is open and commensurate with experience. If you are qualified, available and interested, please respond as soon as possible.
