job summary:

Tatum's client, a private equity owned entertainment company is looking for an Interim VP of Call Center Operations for a 3 + month engagement, with a possible extension to full time. This is a highly visible opportunity to join a well-run, fast growth company and be a major impact player.

responsibilities:

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Interim VP of Operations would include: oversight of the entire call center operations, process engineering an Off-shore to On-Shore transition, hiring and team building, change management,and putting together a 3 year transition strategy.

Required Criteria:

  • Cultural fit with the innovative, high energy environment
  • Progressive Call Center operations experience
  • Bachelors Degree required, Masters degree a plus
  • Analytical and technologically savvy; Advanced oral and written communication
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Shown ability to perform under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity
