As our Finance Manger - International, you will partner with our President and the rest of the International team as we expand our operations internationally. In particular, you will own all things related to finance for the international operations, including analyzing and reporting on the segment's financial results, completing customer/region profitability and managing finance projects, such as exploring innovative customer payment options. In addition, you'll assist with defining the appropriate multi-currency pricing and costing practices - and operationalizing them in our ERP systems - to drive international sales growth. You will also be the primary financial partner as we assess our international opportunities, understanding and implementing best practices.


  • Provide monthly reporting, analysis, and commentary of the International segment results
  • Lead the annual financial budgeting process and monthly forecast updates in conjunction with the President- International
  • Design, implement and operationalize all financial processes as they relate to international customers
  • Partner with our commercial team and customers to determine new opportunities to support sales growth
  • Work on projects such as updating available payment methods by country, helping develop financial practices for new country websites, and analyzing customer spending habits to identify potential new opportunities.
  • Research and drive the implementation of policies and practices related to specific government requirements of our customers and us
  • Work with customers to get input on processes including invoicing, cash application, etc.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies to ensure appropriate accounting in a multi-currency environment

    Education / Experience:

    • You have 5 - 10 years of accounting experience, experience in an international company is a bonus
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
