job description

job summary:

As the fastest growing distributor of foodservice equipment parts, we like to do things a little differently. We believe our team should be like family. Not like a second cousin, twice removed, but more like the family you choose to be with every day. First, you have to demonstrate our core values and keep safety as your #1 priority, that's key. But we're also looking for unique enthusiasm, high integrity, courage to embrace change...and if you know a few jokes, that puts you on the top of our list.

This role is hybrid/remote, with some onsite presence in the offices in Addison, IL required.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • You have an operational mindset and want to be a true business partner - not a pure accountant
  • You are detail oriented and are a "doer" - this is a role where you are managing processes, not people
  • You have experience working with customers and understanding the intricacies of how customers, business processes, compliance issues and financing can differ based on geographies
  • You understand international accounting compliance activities and are excited about implementing them as our resident expert
  • You have a strong affinity for Excel and ERP systems and a desire to learn more
  • You are excited about developing processes that can scale in a high growth environment
