Investment Operations Officer - $75,000 to $95,000 plus bonus (HYBRID)

Excellent opportunity to join a growing and well respected firm as an Investment Operations Officer. Our client promotes a flexible hybrid schedule and has long had a corporate culture that embraces work / life balance.

This position is open based on growth and would be joining an established team. This position will play a key role in trust administration, trust accounting, investment analysis and a broad range of estate planning projects for high net worth clients.

Our client seeks a candidate with a minimum of five years of trust and investment industry experience. Our client is open to Investment Operations backgrounds as well as Trust Administration / Trust Accounting backgrounds. Our client would also be open to professionals coming from law firms that specialize in Trust or Estate Planning work.

Responsibilities will include portfolio accounting, client reporting, securities classification, account opening and data validation. Our client works with a wide range of highly complex trust accounts so attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize are highly valued attributes in this role

 
qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years of experience required. Professionals with their Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation are preferred
