job summary:

Tatum is partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company that is looking to bring on a Lease Accountant for a consulting engagement. This opportunity will be fully remote.

 
location: La Honda, California

responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the accounting of all leasing transactions in compliance with regulatory reporting requirement, including US GAAP, IFRS, company policies and internal control standards
  • Implement lease accounting standards
  • Review contracts
  • Write memos
  • Identify day one impacts
 
qualifications:
  • Experience with 100+ points of presence
  • Lease colocations
  • Large ERP system experience
