responsibilities:
  • Oversee all Retirement Plan Operations
  • Collect necessary documentation for retirement plan analysis
  • Work as liaison between recordkeeper, TPA and client
  • Manage clients in monitoring system (RPAG)
  • Review plan census and demographic information and prepare RFP's
  • Create and present annual consultative plan analysis to clients
  • Create and provide plan education to participants
  • Create and present proposals for prospective clients
  • Assist in new client implementation and onboarding
  • Assist participants with enrollment/ account maintenance
  • Manage clients in monitoring system (RPAG)
  • Manage and maintain plan compliance documentation
  • Act as liaison between client all other administrative roles (i.e. recordkeeper, Third Party administrator)
  • Coordinate with firm's Personal Planning Clients & firm's Customer Service Associates regarding personal 401k plan information
  • Understand Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) rules and Internal Revenue Services (IRS) plan documents
  • Assist in making any necessary updates to plan documents to keep it current
  • Recommend changes for organizational and process improvement
  • Use Redtail (firm's CRM) for all internal notes, activities, etc. as directed by Operations Manager
  • Use Redtail workflows as directed by Operations Manager
  • Create 401(k) presentations

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
  • Series 65
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask

  • Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others
  • Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
