job summary:
A Private Equity backed Mortgage client based in North Dallas is expecting exponential growth in 2020 and is in need of an expert Mortgage COO to help maximize this growth. In this role you will report directly to the CEO who will be handing over the operational part of the business to you with high expectations.

  • Managing the daily operations of a full life cycle mortgage company
  • Build internally to capture market share.
  • Establish strategies to meet the lofty projected expectations for 2020
  • Create and implement a hiring & training strategy to meet demand.
  • Increase trade show attendance by 75%
 
qualifications:
  • Track record of leadership in the Mortgage Industry
  • Experience with Executive operations, sales, etc.
  • NMLS
  • Softwares preferred: Lending Wise & Insperity
