job summary:

National Account Sales Manager

Tatum by Randstad

Our client, a leader in sales services, has asked us to help them find a National Account Sales Manager to lead, develop and mentor sales contractors for their key clients. Because the NASM will have responsibility for a multi city region this is a virtual role with about 60% travel so you can be in any East or Midwest location if you're close to the airport.

responsibilities:

Roles include sales in B2B, B2C and door-2-door sales roles.

KPIs:

  • Act as liaison between the company and their client's sales offices
  • Implement and lead sale campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
 
qualifications:

Requirements and other stuff:

  • 4-5 years retail management experience leading a team of sales associates
  • Track record of sales leadership and customer care
  • BS degree in Business or related field
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate with a team as well as lead
  • Solid skills in MS Word and Office applications
  • Experience in home security, retail, software, technology, telecom, wireless, etc.
  • Skilled in working with B2B and/or B2C environments
  • Able to work remotely as needed and travel as needed

Compensation:

- $70K - $90K+ salary

- 20% bonus potential

- Solid benefits and expenses
