Tatum Executive Search has been retained by a global hi tech manufacturer to conduct a search for a National Sales Manager. This is a REMOTE leadership role that requires significant management and employee development experience. Our client has cutting edge, industry leading technology with a diverse client base across multiple industries. This role requires significant sales experience within CAM Software/CNC Machine Sales. While this role is remote, preference is given to candidates that reside in Eastern or Central US.

responsibilities:

The NSM deploys national plans and marketing strategies to meet ambitious revenue growth objectives; analyzes trends and results. Performs adjustments to strategies and action plans to achieve financial targets.

Responsible for revenue growth objectives and the overall performance of the Eastern half of North America for assigned CAM Software

Works closely with Sales Operations to ensure the sales force is aligned and develops standardized metrics to monitor progress

Maintains a close relationship with Application Management, Product Management, Customer Order Service, Finance, and other departments to ensure efficient and timely processing of inquiries, quotations, proposals, and active cases

 
qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering

5+ years of Sales Leadership experience

Previous experience with CAM Software/CNC Machine Sales is REQUIRED

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
