Office Administrator, Wealth Management Team - $52,000 to $64,000

Excellent opportunity to join a small and growing investment firm as an Office Administrator. This newly created position will support our client's Wealth Management team and will interact with the firm's clients on a regular basis.

Our client seeks a candidate with 3-5 years of executive level (CEO, CFO, COO) administrative support and / or 3-5 years of experience working in the investments / financial services industries. A knowledge of the investment industry is strongly preferred.

Bachelor's Degree is required.

This position will be representing the firm and will routinely interact with the firm's clients. As such, strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
