Local Real Estate and Construction Management Company in Stamford, CT seeks to hire an Operations Manager to work closely with the CEO. The Operations Manager will work at the Corporate Office to support field staff. This role will be the face of organization and be responsible for creating and implementing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Create and manage usage and availability reports
  • Implement new technologies.
  • Communicate policy changes to the field
