Job Title: Plant Facility Manager
A well-established industrial company , is looking for their next Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of the Plant Operations and Production. The Senior Manager will lead the team in functional areas of Production Management. This position is an integral partner to the business ensuring that the organization is positioned to meet overall objectives.

- Champion safety culture be actively engaging employees at all levels
- Implement and maintain maintenance programs
- Direct and coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Work collectively with upper management to increase efficiencies and increase output
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Senior level Operations Executive with at least 5-8 years of experience leading all departments in a manufacturing setting.
? 5 years of P&L, Forecasting, & Budgeting
? Demonstrated leadership skills
? Strong analytical, project management, problem solving and organizational skills EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree
CERTIFICATIONS Six Sigma, LEAN, or Project Management would be a plus
