Portfolio Accountant needed for a successful real estate management group in Baltimore! This is an in-office position with a positive environment and great exposure to all levels of management.   • Review and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages
  • Monitor cash flow
  • Responsible for CAM, Real estate tax, and insurance adjustments
  • Assist with journal entries and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain relationships with Property Managers
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Understanding of CAM
