  • Support the Portfolio Management team in the development and execution of strategic asset plans intended to maximize portfolio value and report performance results to senior leadership.
  • Perform analysis of property financials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Research partnership agreements, financing documents, regulatory agreements, tax returns and other source documents as needed.
  • Coordinate communications and manage requests from investors, lenders, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Forge strong relationships with operating partners, work through challenges, and communicate concerns to internal leadership when expectations are not being met.
  • Be an active participant in the creation of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Support our Compliance team in monitoring compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple government agencies and programs.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects within Asset Management and other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields, 0 - 3 years of related business experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Additional requirements will include: a genuine interest in real estate and real estate investing, a strong ambition and desire to learn and advance your career, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
