job summary:

A regional leader in the energy/chemical/gas distribution industry that is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to lead their 6 State NE Region. This role is responsible for approximately $150MM/300 employees with approximately 15 direct reports in various locations.

The base salary could be 150-160k+ (d.o.e.), 35% bonus target, stock, and full benefits.
