job summary:

Tatum is assisting in a search for an FP&A/Reporting Manager. This is a publicly-traded, multi-billion dollar, and global company. The role has no direct reports and is REMOTE. The benefits are extremely comprehensive and candidates can be anywhere in the country willing to work on Pacific Time.

responsibilities:
  • analysis
  • reporting
  • forecasting
  • budget
  • performance metrics
  • prepares monthly dashboards
  • variance reporting
  • analyzing P&L reports
  • oversee the annual budget
  • roll operating expense and capital spend forecasts process
  • develops and oversees performance metrics and delivery of services by the managed service providers.
  • liaise with centralized finance & accounting functions
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • coordinate with the procurement team on managed service
  • provider and vendor-related activities.
  • additional ad-hoc analyses, preparation of presentations, and reporting
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with creating and overseeing budgets, forecasts, key performance indicators, and strategic plans.
  • Ability to analyze financial data
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment within the organization.
  • Knowledge of finance, planning, and cost control principles
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
