job summary:

Growing technology company in Broward County seeking to hire a Revenue Systems Analyst immediately. This position offers unlimited growth potential, excellent compensation package and work/life balance. This position is 100% remote until it's safe to return to the office.

    responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in the project planning process and assess accounting impacts
    • Effectively communicate program rules and requirements between functional areas and supporting departments
    • Review and compose clear, complete business requirements documentation, including support for related developments with supervision
    • Recommend appropriate business process solutions to new business requirements based on GAAP
    • Determine task duration and dependencies for own assignments.
    • Execute testing activities during the implementation lifecycle, including UAT scoping, scenario definition, data validation, and testing
    • Support the development and delivery of training assets
    • Apply project life cycle methodology across assigned processes and systems
    • Complete project documentation and work with internal Revenue Operations stakeholders to gain approval.
    • Participate in the project planning process
    • Generate project status, management reports and UAT status as required to executive audiences
    • Provide ad-hoc support as required including monthly and quarterly close process
    • Ensure reliable reporting from systems and demonstrate subject matter expertise for any reporting needs
     
    qualifications:

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA or Master's degree preferred
    • CPA license preferred
    • Experience in Financial Systems Implementation/Project Management experience (nice to have)
    • Functional ERP experience preferred (i.e. SAP, Oracle, or SFDC)
    • 2-3 years experience in Big 4/ public Accounting
    • Detailed working knowledge of GAAP
