This Sales Compensation Analyst is a direct hire, REMOTE position with a high growth, global medical device company. The Sales Compensation Analyst role is an ideal opportunity for a detail oriented, self motivated Analyst looking for a team friendly environment that offers career advancement and development!

The Sales Compensation Analyst is a highly visible role working with senior management across the globe. The Analyst will gather, analyze and interpret data it into actionable intel for senior management to use in their decision making processes. The position will partner with key stakeholders performing a wide range of tasks including assisting with the Sales Compensation plan and tracking/paying incentives and earned rewards.

responsibilities:

Duties:

  • Work with leadership to compile KPIs to drive sales in key areas
  • Monitor, maintain and analyze sales quotas
  • Calculate sales commissions
  • Work cross functionally with department heads to achieve organizational, financial and sales goals
  • Partner with Senior Management to develop incentive programs
  • Perform wide ranging analytics to identify trends, past successes, areas of risk, and market strategies
  • Review and analyze performance; research and report on variances and trends
  • Continuously evaluate processes and identify areas for improvements to maximize efficiencies enabling continued growth
  • Work cross functionally to enhance systems; look for ways to increase productivity by automating reporting tools
  • Assist with development and maintenance of dashboards for senior managements decision making driving financial performance
 
qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or analytics based position
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Advanced degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
  • Advanced Excel desired
  • Ability to work in fast paced, global environment with changing priorities
  • Must be a team player passionate about organizational success
