responsibilities:
  • Support of Key Account Manager (KAM) by running well structured, efficient and effective administration, documentation and organization of administrative and analytics tasks as well as self-dependent execution of selected customer related activities
  • Engage in customer communications, written or via phone, as necessary
  • Analyze sales purchases development by format and brand
  • Customer contract management and negotiations. Track deadlines, equipment leases, marketing allowances, exclusivity rights, etc.
  • Assist KAM on communication to customers regarding changes in materials and packaging
  • Support on quarterly and yearly marketing rebate calculations
  • Support of cylinder business/invoicing to customer
  • Sales Operations & Planning: Creation of weekly reporting for KAMs and monthly reporting of Sales Operations Plan and Demand Planning Forecast
  • Reporting of sales funnel activity recorded through Salesforce: "Current opportunity status"
  • Monitoring of customer and/or warehouse inventory stock together with Order Management Team
  • Support of Marketing (e.g. product offerings, mailings, etc.)
  • Tracking of product samples/new designs, etc. with packaging designers
 
qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, etc.
  • Experience in sales analysis
  • Strong research and data analysis skills
  • Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office with intermediate or advance skills in Excel
  • Able to change processes continuously and efficiently
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to take the initiative
  • Familiarity with key business-intelligence software (SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview)
  • 1-2 years of experience on a similar role
