job summary:

The SEC Reporting Manager will be directly responsible for preparing the SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks and coordination with the legal team with respect to the Proxy Statement and miscellaneous filings.

responsibilities:
  • Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K and manage the internal and external review for these documents and quarterly earnings release
  • Maintain SEC calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for financial close, earnings release and 10-Q/K
  • Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance
  • Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures
  • Complete quarterly and annual GAAP compliance checklist
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA strongly preferred
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • 3 years of public accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent understanding of US GAAP and SEC Reporting requirements
