Tatum Professional Search is partnering with a multi billion industrial services company with their search for a Senior Accountant. Our client is in the midst or preparing for an IPO and is seeking a strong Senior Accountant professional to develop robust accounting policies and internal controls.

The position will be responsible for preparing journal entries, creating and reconciling

financial statements GAAP and IFRS and accounts, and ensuring data accuracy to

support growing US business including playing integral role in providing schedules for

external and internal audits, tax requests, and internal reporting, and external reporting.

This position will manage the creation of stand alone IFRS and GAAP financials.

This is a hybrid position with 2 days in office & 3 days WFH (with flexibility)

• Close books each month-end to ensure correct financial data to be use for executives, operations for better decision making, shareholders or prospective shareholders
• Create stand alone financial statements to internal and external customers to help executives and operations take the decision and to have access to loans.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end close to ensure correct financial data
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and identify reconciling items; in addition,

  research and support reconciliation variances during month-end

• Take ownership of GL accounts assigned, understand the business cycle, and

  explain variances

• Assist in ad-hoc projects for process improvements for internal processes in

  addition to ERP changes

• Assist in the consolidated IFRS and US GAAP audit process by providing

  schedules and supporting documentation

• Bachelor's
• Degree in Accounting
• CPA or CPA track -- required
• Excel
• SAP
• US GAAP
• IFRS accounting standards
• 6-10 years of experience
