job summary:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. Senior Accountant will be a detail oriented, team leader who will gain exposure to a wide range of duties including month end close, preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, coordinating audits, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will have strong US GAAP and financial analysis skills; Excel and time management skills; ability to work well under pressure.

responsibilities:

Senior Accountant:

  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
  • Lead month end close process
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Evaluate and improve processes
  • Preparing financial analyses and reports
  • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations
  • Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Performing other accounting duties as assigned
  • Train, mentor and supervise junior staff
