responsibilities:

Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as

budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting in adherence with federal

and state policies.

Assist in managing cash flow.

Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives.

Prepare financial reports, business activity reports, annual budgets, account reconciliations for

monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.

Responsible for knowing the process and supervising accounts payable activities such as entering

invoices and preparing checks.

? Responsible for knowing the process and supervising accounts receivable activities such as bank

deposits and following up with customers with overdue accounts. Collection Calls.

Education/Experience:

? Minimum five years accounting experience.

? Experience in collections.

? Must have a degree in Accounting or Finance.

? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
