responsibilities:

Job duties for the Senior Accounting Analyst position include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing month-end closing tasks including preparing and posting journal entries.
  • Working with large volumes of data to ascertain necessary information for management reporting.
  • Preparing account reconciliations for complex and significant accounts.
  • Preparing the monthly variance analysis.
  • Working closely with internal and external auditors.
  • Testing SOX controls for compliance.
 
qualifications:

Requirements for the Senior Accounting Analyst position include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3-years of related experience.
  • Public Accounting experience, preferred.
  • CPA designation, preferred.
  • Experience with an ERP application, preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability/desire to learn remotely.
  • Top-notch organizational skills.
