job description

job summary:

Senior Benefits Administrator, Corporate Human Resources $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus

Outstanding opportunity to grow a first class growing privately held company in Lancaster County that traditionally "flies under the radar".

Due to growth, our client is adding a Senior Benefits Administrator to their Human Resources Department. This position will report to a Human Resources Manager who our firm placed. This role will have a nice promotional path to Benefits Manager and potentially to Human Resources Manager when the incumbent is promoted.

This position is responsible for administration of employee benefits in all company operations (our client has approximately 550 employees across the United States and Canada). The Senior Benefits Administrator will develop, recommend and implement approved, new or modified plans and employee benefit policies. In addition, this position will oversee the administration of existing plans.

Our client requires a minimum of three years of Human Resources Benefits experience (preferably within a mid to large sized organization). While a Bachelor's Degree is NOT required, it is preferred. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, our client is willing to look at non-degreed candidates with a minimum of eight (8) years of HR Benefits Administration experience.

Based on the volume of resumes we receive on a daily basis, our firm will only respond to local candidates who meet this criteria.
